Dear Paraview friends,
I have data of concentrations on curved surfaces which are encoded as vtk, so I can visualize the concentrations on the surfaces. The surfaces are 2D surfaces embedded in 3D. I want to evaluate one dimensional profiles of the distribution of the concentration across trajectories on the surface. This means, I need to know how to let paraview know where I want to put my trajectory, likely with some mouse movement after some sort of initializing the procedure, and afterwards I would like to get some sort of x-y-graph where the path length is variable x and the concentration variable y. Hence, the color coding should be translated into an x-y-plot. A more simple form would be to evaluate the concentration at the surface at a special point, I also do not know how to evaluate the concentration on a single point..... Thank you very much for your help |
