fluentMeshToFoam rotational periodic boundary condition

Hi everyone!
I have set the rotational periodic boudary in the ICEM,then the two side(rotor-side-1 and rotor-side-2) have been merged as the one(rotor-side-1),so how should i set the boundary in the openfoam? As far as I know, there should be two patch to set the cyclic bc, however, i only have the one.
