Dear all,
I have just started to use OpenFoam 1.4.1 and I have to use Run-time Post-processing functions. More precisely I have to use the "SampligLine" function. But, I have tried and I have this error message: ************************************************** ******* --> FOAM FATAL ERROR : Unknown functiont type samplingLine Valid functions are : 1 ( probes ) ************************************************** ****** I guess that the "SampligLine" function is not activated, so I tried to do that in /OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.4.1/src/sampling/ by typing wmake. It does not work... Does somebody have an idea of what I can do to solve my problem? Thank you very much Regards Franck |

Greetings Franck and welcome to the forum!
OpenFOAM 1.4.1? The latest is OpenFOAM 2.1.1! Any reason in particular why you're using such an old version? Either way, since I don't have an OpenFOAM 1.4.1 build handy, here's a few tips:
Bruno
