Dear Foamers,
recently, I am simulating a bubble rising with compressibleInterIsoFoam (v2006). After some time, I got an error: FOAM FATAL ERROR: bad size -1954478958. But I do not know why. Could anyone give me some hints? |

There are many possible reasons for this error. Have searched this forum? look here bad setSize while building up a too large mesh ?

In my case, I encountered the same error but solved it by decomposing my problem with more MPI processes.

Hello, I was having a similar problem running OpenFOAM 10 with 256 cores. It was solved when I switched OpenFOAM 10 to OpenFOAM 9..... I don't know if this is just a coincidence but you may have a try when facing this problem.
