Hello everybody,
I'm trying to solve 3-phase flow within a horizontal pipe with vertical pipe connection which has dead end. I want to start with the geometry consisting pure air, and then water and oil are coming from the inlet. How is the BCs and setFieldsDict supposed to be? I tried some different cases but every time I got different error messages such as maximum iteration number exceeded or floating point... Could you please share me your opinions and suggestions? Thank you in advanced. |

Hello Eca,
in case this is still up-to-date: I had a similar question and just found this: multiphaseInterFoam vs multiphaseEulerFoam As for set fields you can set air as default (1 in defaultFieldValues). You do not need to set boxes for the inlet, it is defined in 0/alpha.*. |
