Dear OpenFoamers,
I have a question regarding the NVD schemes, such as the Gamma scheme, and its implementation in OpenFoam. E.g. in Jasak's thesis, the upwind cell U is used (3.67). Considering two dimensions with a cell having four faces and one wants to determine the value on one of the faces, wow is the upwind cell chosen? I.e. is it the cell with the highest flux out of the three remaining cells? Thanks!! |
