phantom region created outside blockmesh bounding box

This is all an adaption of CHTmultiregionfoam. It follows the same generation of region processing using topset.
I am getting the the generation of a region (domain4) outside the blockmesh bounding box I can not see where it is coming from. The blockmesh is blue and the phantom region is white in phantom region picture. The slice picture shows the regions the tiny box contains heater and heaterInner, the next region out is topAir then rightSolid then topAir again as its contigous through the small aperture in the bottom right or right solid. p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; }phantom region picturethe regions can be seen in the slice picture. The mesh passes checkMesh. The blockmesh file has a diagram of the mesh in the blockmeshdict file. ./Allrunmesh was used to generate the files. forget it its now disappeared as i tried to clean up to pack it into a zip file...
