Dear Foamers,
I am running large-eddy simulations (LES). I am confused with "pressure" and "static pressure" in OpenFOAM, see the attached screenshot below. What is the difference between them? I read the definition of static pressure in Wikipedia, and I think when people talk about pressure, they refer it to static pressure. Then they are the same? However, I observed values of p and static(p) in OpenFOAM, they are different. Thank you for any input. Best, Peter |
