Hello all,
I am trying to create a 3D mesh through blockMesh, and import it to cfd++. To do this, the most practical way seemed to be using foamMeshToFluent, then importing from the .msh file to cfd++. However, the thoughts did start with some problems already. I opened the blockMesh with paraFoam and the mesh looks okay. Then I imported with foamMeshToFluent, and tried to open it with gmsh; but getting the error "line 1 syntax error". Also tried with the tutorial pipe, and got the same error. On line 1, there is only the comment " (0 "FOAM to Fluent Mesh File") ". Is there a trick to do this? I just need to convert my 3D mesh into another format that I could import to another program. I'd appreciate if anyone could help on this. Adding the pipe tutorial converted .msh file. |
