Hello,

I don't really know if this is the correct place to post about this, but I really need help. A Uni course requires me to use SimFlow, and I am encountering problems running it. Installation goes fine, however when I try to launch SimFlow, it gets stuck in the loading screen with the three wave things changing colour, but it never launches.

I have already tried disabling antivirus both during and after installation, updating graphics and Windows, running as admin, making an exception in WIndows firewall, and many more ideas, to no avail. I also installed it on another computer (which I am not going to be able to use), and it runs just fine (even with worse specs). Is there any reason for this? How can it be fixed?

If it is of any use, my specs are GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, 8GB RAM and i5-7400, so apparently I should have no problems running it.

I tried contacting SimFlow support but I am not getting any reply.

Thanks in advance.

Hello, if I recall correctly it had to do with Citrix Workspace and its processes running in the background, which in some way interfered with SimFlow's executable. I solved It by deactivating those processes. Before I found the culprit, what I did was deactivating all non-essential processes, activate them one by one or a small lot and trying to launch SimFlow. The moment I faced the problema I knew which process had to be deactivated at all times. Hope this helps.

Below is a link where I originally posted in reddit and wrote down how I solved It:
