Default the operating pressure and the solid viscosity

hi all, My job is the simulation of the fluidized bed using the two phases theory. I want to use the incompressible ideal gas law to compute the gas density.

question 1: Because the mean pressure changes constantly, I dont know how to input the value about the operating pressure. Should I input the value at the steady state ? Could you give me some suggestions ?

question 2: When I input the value of the turbulent kinetic energy and the turbulent dissipation rate at the boundary condition, I need the value of the solid viscosity. Could you give me some suggestions about the solid viscosity ?

Thank you.
