how to mesh the tip region of cyclone?

There are a very tip region between the rectangular inlet and cylinder body, mesh quality of this region is very important for convergence. When I mesh the rehion, there always exist one or two meshes with the highly skewed >0.98. How to mesh this tip region? Please give me some advices!

break it into much smaller volumes ,, thats the only way
