Hello everybody,
I have a question about my simulation results. I used time step size = 0.001 and the number of time steps 300 to run my simulation, some user scalar contour (especially the color bar) look weird, which is marked in the figure. But some of them are fine. I uploaded the images in the attachment. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot, mcc007 |

It's not the map but the field values themselves are wrong. This happens if properties are not calculated properly, e.g., if you use density as a function of pressure but initialize with pressure of 0. So, check for material properties as well as convergence.

Thank you vinerm. I think I found the solution. I set the time step too low. If I change the previous time step (0.001 s) to 1 s, it works very well. Thank you again.
