Question Relative velocity resistance and inertial resistance - static flow (v =0)

Hello everybody,

I'm using porous media modelling, how can I calculate Relative velocity resistance and inertial resistance for static flow (v =0). I think that Relative velocity resistance =0 and inertial resistance =0

It's right?.
