Hello everyone!
I am trying to simulate a flow of water through a canal that I have designed (in SpaceClaim). I wanted to add a sphere obstacle inside the canal so it will block some of the space inside the canal (but not all of it), and I wanted to see the influence of it on the flow. I have succeeded in modeling the canal with the sphere inside it, but after meshing everything and calculating, it appears as if the fluid particles are going through the sphere obstacle (and not around it as it should). I have defined the the face of the sphere as a boundary condition (wall). and even defined the sphere body as solid instead of fluid. If someone could help me figure this out I'd be really thankful! Thanks, Gadi |
