Hi guys,
I'm applying volumetric heating to a cylinder which is attached to a rectangular box with a symmetric boundary condition as shown in the attached picture. The problem is that I get a cold edge along the symmetric plane in the small volume that is being heated. Any ideas? Cheers http://postimage.org/image/cubxa8em1/ |

Any thoughts? Surely someone here has encountered a similar problem or has an idea of what is going on.
Thanks! |
