I am a new user of Fluent and have done some basic simulation before. I am trying to simulate the flapping motion of an airfoil to get lift and drag force. I have done static airfoil before but I do not know how to do flapping movement. Any advice regarding the mesh, boundary condition is appreciated.
Can I use the pressure far field boundary condition? Should I use dynamic mesh? As the Mach number is very low 0.02, should I use pressure based solver? |
