udf problem

hi all;
Please I have a problem in the numerical simulations made by Fluent 6.3 and Ansys Fluent 12.0.16 even when I use the UDF.
it is interpretable but when I put the UDF in the interaction window or in the properties of materials such as for example the viscosity between the two phase fluent displays this message:
Error: FLUENT Received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events Leading to error. 2. Save case / data Under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: ()
knowing that I work with the VOF model.
I would be very grateful if you help me solve my problem of simulation.

Rubis,

Usually this happens when you're:

a) trying to access something that fluent isn't calculating (i.e. temperature in a simulation without the energy equation enabled)

b) performing a calculation which "blows up" (divide by zero, NaN errors, etc)

If you post your code, perhaps we can figure it out.
