Hi,
I'm runing a transient model for the compression chamber with the suction and discharge valves dynamics. The suction valve should open 3 times, but everytime that this valve closes for the second time this error shows up: "There are 331670 active cells in the domain JOB ABORT invoked by rank 1: ERROR: internal error: cmv cannot match polygon 1 job aborted: [ranks] message" t1.png t2.png Can you help me to fix this error? |

Hi Clara, are these valves' movement prescribed or by FSI?

Hi,
I prescribed the movement of these valves by udf, at "reed_profile.in" file. I already changed the CFL velocity coefficient, but then the error became the CFL number... |

Do you mean you are using reed_profile.in in boundary.in to specify boundary motion?
If you are using UDF, which one are you using? I think the fastest way to solve your problem is to send the case files to support@convergecfd.com. Thanks! |
