Problem with the software license

After export the output files in Converge software, I'm in trouble when I simulate using the Windows command prompt. After starting the simulation, the following message appears:
"ERROR: unable to obtain 1 parent license. Aborting status =-1. No license for product (-1). Please contact licensing@convergecfd.com for help troubleshooting this problem." Can anybody help me? |

Hi,
The issue is most likely that you haven't set up your licensing environment. You can refer to the Getting Started Guide on our web page. Inside of that guide we have a table explaining the cause of the most common licensing errors and their fixes. Hope it helps. Thank you. Quote:
