Need help to select PhD title

I have completed my ME(Engineering Design) Now i am planning to do PhD. My ME Thesis is "Design and optimization of centrifugal pump variables using Taguchi quality concept". so that i wish to continue in the same field. i know to work with ANSYS, CFX and Fluent. Please guide or help me to choose the field/Topic for My PhD Thanking You

I have an idea for innovative device which incorporates an axial turbine. The device has great economic potential as well as wscientific value. Simulating this device by a CFD program could help me and could give you an iteresting subject and more.

Can you specify where do you live and the name of university and faculty you intend to do your PhD?

I am Mohammed Alonazey from Saudi Arabia and i have Master Degree in Health & Hospital Administration with Excellent grade, my GPA (4.71 out of 5.00). My hospital announce for two scholorships in { Epidemiology and the other one in Public Health } and i have to bring acceptance letter from international university to complete my application to thoses scholorships. To get acceptence letter i have to select and write proposal about one of these issues (Epedimiology or public health) . I need your help to choose or select a reserech idea or topic in those two specility. There will be strong competition for those scholorships
