Hello,
I have a question in gerating geometry with DesignModler. The inlet of my geometry is consist of ten columns. What I did is: first, draw a circle; second, extrude the circle to generate a column; Third, I tried to use 'creat a pattern' to generate ten columns. The problem is that in the third step, I can't choose the column to be 'geometry' option. Could someone please tell me how to creat a pattern? If the inlet is consist of ten circle faces(not columns), how to generate it? Thanks! Jan |

Hi,
If you need the pattern of 10 circles on the inlet face only use the option of Imprint faces in the extrude option instead of the standard add material options Regards, test |
