Working on Evaporator. Not getting results as expected

Hi All,
I am working on a evaporator model.
I am tryin to solve it with humidity.
Refrigerant passing through tubes are at 1.8'c and air flowing over the tubes is at 27'c
I certainly see some heat transfer , but at the end of simulation what I see is temperature throughout the System is 27'c. which is not in the real scenario.
only near the inlet of refrigerant into the tubes temp is less than 27'c. but other than that the whole system attains a temperature of 27'c.
I dont know what am I missing in the B.C's
