Hello!
As a part of my master thesis I am designing a Rail profile with tunnel enclosure and meshing it in ICEM CFD. I have come across an issue where after I mesh both my parts of the model and I transfer the geometry to transient structural I find that most of the mesh of my rail is missing. Can anyone help me here with what I can improve to avoid this. I checked the pre mesh quality in ICEM and it was perfect with all its mesh intact. One more thing I found was that the the remaining part of mesh from rail is combined with the enclosure mesh. I have attached an image to show a much clearer image of the situation Thanks Regards Harish |

Volume mesh it. By the way, please upload your project file.
