Hi
I am meshing the Ahmed's vehicle. I am getting the problem in meshing the high curvature surface at the front portion. Attached are the tin, blocking and snapshots of meshing. Any suggestion? Thanks |

Hi, Far!! I suppose you got it but I will tell you how to proceed for other people.
The key is split the ahmed nose by means isoparametric curves, and then you could carry out the right associations: vertex to points and then edges to curves. Ask me if you need further information. Simon Pereira told me this metodology!! =) By the way, do you know how to generate an hybrid mesh with ICEM?? I mean, I am stucked since I don't get an unsteady wake and I think of doing an unstructured mesh in the block behind the car... Any suggestion will be appreciated! |
