The Numerics Research Group at the Institute of Aerodynamics and Gas Dynamics is looking for a research
associate at the doctoral level for an exciting research project as soon as possible. Within this project, we will explore robust and novel design methods for satellites in very low earth orbit. The tasks include The position is part of the Collaborative Research Centre (CRC) 1667 "Advancing Technologies of Very Low Altitude Satellites (ATLAS)". Requirements The IAG encourages publication of results in scientific journals and supports participation in international conferences. The position is initially limited to three years, but an extension beyond this period is possible. The IAG is committed to increasing the number of female scientists.
