Well, Christmas break isn't over yet, so either he still hasn't had the time or is still busy working on it. And the blizzards going around the North Hemisphere possibly haven't helped either...

You can always send an email to the author of the project page, or try the ParaView mailing list and reply to the mail that I quoted from.
