Hello every body;
I am trying to mesh a wavy wall cylindrical geometry with gambit for exporting it to fluent,but i encounter a problem in meshing edge and volume i d'nt anderstand what is the mean of mesh of volume contains skewed elements(equisize skew>0.97) volume contains 3458inverted elements (negative volume), with this message i can't checking this mesh in fluent ,how can i correct this error?

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
go back to gambit, and use the examine mesh tool to localize where are the skewed cells

Is it necessary to repair it?

try to run your model with this mesh... and you will have your answer

How much probability is that I have "Divergence detected in AMG Solver: pressure correction" error in Fluent by negative (inverted) volumes? I have boundary conditions for pressure inlet and outlet. Any models (k-eps, laminar etc.) and changing other parameters don't change the situation.
How to remove negative (inverted) volumes in Gambit? I have 0,00536% of inverted volumes for mesh of spiral of axial compressor.

WIth negative volumes, the solver shouldn't start.
Try to know, what generates those negative volumes.
In gambit go to examine mesh, select volume, and set the upper limit to 0.
It will display all the negative cells.
