Hi,

I have a meshed femur (thigh bone),

I ultimately want to be able to assign variable Young's Modulus values to the bone, dependent on the CT scan intensity. Or at least some sort of varied Young's Modulus higher at the surface and lower in the centre.

I know one can use setFields utility to assign values (as in the newStressedFoam, damBreak etc tutorials). But setFields seems to only be able to assign value to simple geometry regions.

I will probably just have to mess around with setFields,

but if anybody has done anything similar
or if anybody has any tips,
they would be much appreciated.
