gmshToFoam: small fix for gmsh 2.4.x import

Hello,
it's not really a bug but a small fix since the physical entities format has been changed in the last gmsh-2.4 release. The format now takes into account the entities type (line, surface, volume). I've modified the source to handle this change and the file is attached to this post. It should work also with the previous format. Hope it will help. Regards, Etienne. |

Is it possible to upload a compiled gmshToFoam Linux version with the actual patch? I've a problem in compiling the OpenFoam source.
