Hello everyone,
I am working on conjugate heat transfer between a solid block( square) and hot gas flowing in the pipe. The block is placed half inside the pipe.I have given the boundary condition of wall (coupled) at the interface of solid and fluid. But when solution comes, then there is hardly any change in the temperature of the block. It remains at 300 K even though the gas is at 700 K. I think the block is isolated from the pipe Please suggest something to work out this problem and also let me know how to give temperature of that solid block . |
