You need to model the radiator as a porous region. And you should convert the dP-Q curve to porous inertial and viscous resistances. Support center should have nice documents about this topic.

I think you should not decrease the mesh size too much. mesh size to particle size ratio should be above 10 (rule of thumb). If you further reduce the size for larger model It will give unstable...

I assume that you are using the correct frontal...

I assume that you are using the correct frontal area for cd calculation. Did you check the y+ distribution?
